Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number to request a Return Authorization and receive the return shipping address.
Pack Your Item
Carefully place the garment in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, belts, and accessories are included and securely fastened.
Ship the Package
Send the package back to our studio using a trackable shipping service of your choice; please keep the tracking number for your records.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5 business days.
